Fast, Secure AND Reliable!!!

We like Viber very much, what a good and reliable service whether we are here in the States or traveling abroad! Viber is proven as the Best secure data communications service for privacy and secure transmission of information since they will never trace, trace, store or use in any way our data, this is what telecommunications must be! Viber makes connecting easy with purchased data on a WiFi device, using public internet domains or airports when traveling so we don't need a paid phone call service (unless travels in more remote areas then a paid cellular service is def recommended!). We use Viber to connect for international calling and texting with our family overseas to keep messaging and calls secure! There will be interruptions when using a smartphone to smartphone or smartphone to landline on either end but, this will always be the case when using VoIP calls so, expect some issues?! But, this is not a deterrent once Viber is connected we rarely have difficulties staying connected, just let Viber's service work to keep the connection between parties and it will work great! And, for in town or in major cities visiting and touring overseas, at home or traveling in the USA for raid trips using vehicle or portable WiFi services ~ Viber is #1!!!

I love Viber!

I've had Viber on my cell phone for several years now. I was told about it by a friend of mine in Australia and I live in the US. We wanted to talk so bad but, of course, doing that on a landline or even on a cell phone would've been far too expensive. But with Viber, we could talk as often and as long as we wanted. What a blessing that has been. My friend passed on earlier this year from a cancer she had fought for four years. But because of Viber, I was able to talk to her through those days and nights when sometimes she couldn't sleep because of the pain and she knew she could call me at any time even though we were 15 hours apart in time zone and I would pick it up. So I am grateful for Viber calls and also chat because I still have friends overseas that I can chat with anytime! I will always keep Viber on my phone!

Bad, fake reviews, deceptive subscription practices

I attempted to use it for calls in Europe but it never worked. THIS APP ONLY CHARGES AMERICANS so DO NOT BUY. Europeans and Australians can use it for free to make phone calls worldwide which is where all the 5 stars reviews are coming from. Deceptive company! Why should Americans pay for everybody else? NOT GOOD. Also, if I am paying for something why should I have to deal with adds? Please as an American you deserve better. This is a third world company. They charged my credit card for 12 months but I didn't make even one phone call! Apple was only able to offer a refund for 2 months and then was told to dispute with my credit card. Why should I pay for something I didn't use? If you went to the hairdresser and she didn't cut your hair, you wouldn't have to pay but it seems with this app you have no choice. Please don't install this garbage on your phone as you won't be able to get rid of. It stays in your subscription history and every time you click on it, it will dig into your bank account. Apple you should know better. I refuse to work with any company who isn't upfront with its customers and instead of offering quality gets indulged into deceptive purchasing practices. NO THANK YOU. It's not about the $6.99. It's about how you treated me. Honesty tops everything and you don't offer that.
